Because the main company has become American, all documents and meetings would be in English, and we were looking for an interpreter who was fluent in Japanese, English and Portuguese when we found Anna Lígia. After an interview, she was selected as an interpreter for the company. The work was for translating documents, interpreting conference calls, interpret during visits by executives from the headquarters (CEO, COO, CFO), and she executed with perfection, contributing immensely to the improvement of my performance after I was appointed president of Hitachi Ar Condicionado do Brasil (HAPB).
